Minister says 'lifestyle drug users' could be targeted

The government has unveiled a £300m plan to crack down on drug crime in the UK, at the same time as Commons speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle calls in police to investigate drug use within Parliament.

Policing Minister Kit Malthouse said that 'lifestyle' users could be targeted with new measures, such as the removal of passports and driving licenses.
